RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I return/exchange my items?

Bad size ? Want something different? Or do you simply want to return an item? Nothing's easier.

Simply contact us at contact@dissident-shop.com .

Item exchanges are accepted free of charge up to 14 calendar days after receipt of the order.

When will I receive my exchange?

For refunds:
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receipt in our warehouse. After submitting your refund, you will receive an email notification.

Please note that it may take another 5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. This processing time depends on your bank, so please contact them directly if 5 business days have passed and you have not received the funds.

For exchanges:
We aim to dispatch your new exchange order within 5 working days of receiving your return in our warehouse. You will receive a notification with the details of your new order by email.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

How does the lifetime warranty work?

We are confident in our quality! That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all parts. This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the part. If for any reason we no longer sell this item, you may exchange it for one of equal or lesser value. This warranty is void in the event of user damage (wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, long-term discoloration, etc.) Shipping and handling charges are not included in all warranty replacements.
